The Air-Care Bio Cart HEPA Mobile Dust Containment Kit is essential for maintaining a clean and healthy indoor environment when maintenance or installation is required. When the air scrubber is on and the fire-retardant bellows are extended, they maintain an environment with negative pressure at all heights without “billowing” into the cart. The control panel inside the cart operates the bellows by a power lift or a remote control, which works outside the cart.

• Air Scrubber Fan: Uses an 880 CFM fan with variable speed control capable of reaching up to six air changes per minute and only 62 dB at maximum speed.
• Filtration System: Both Bio Carts include a replaceable electrostatic pre-filter and a HEPA filter, eliminating 99.97 percent of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns.
• Caution Sign: When the cart operates, an “IN USE” LED sign illuminates to help maintain safety.
• Swivel Wheels: Four non-marking swivel wheels make it easy for anyone to navigate this cart through long halls or tight areas. Two wheels have swivel locks, and the other two have wheel brakes. Each wheel is 4 inches in diameter and 2 inches wide.

The Bio Cart 10

Perfect for most commercial or industrial building ceilings, the Air-Care Bio Cart 10 easily fits through most doors and elevators and measures 73 x 32 x 120 inches (L x W x H) when fully extended.

• Extension Ladder: The 12-foot telescoping aluminum ladder has a three-section extension design that is class A-rated for 300 pounds. It meets OSHA electrical safety requirements and can be transported on elevators and through doors without being removed from the cart.
• Top Lifting Mechanism: With a foam seal at the top, this power lift system can reach ceilings from 7 to 10.2 feet.

The Bio Cart 15

The Air-Care Bio Cart 15 is an upgraded containment kit for taller ceilings. When fully extended, it measures 73 x 32 x 182 inches (L x W x H). It also includes additional premium features:   

• Filtration: A UVC/UVGI germicidal lamp in the HEPA chamber adds another layer of protection against biological contaminants.
• Onboard Camera and Monitor: The rear-mounted 10-inch viewing monitor is connected to the front-mounted camera, allowing you to easily maneuver around corners and objects. The onboard battery provides up to 2 hours of operation on a full charge, and a remote control is included to operate the camera.
• Extension Ladder: The 15-foot telescoping aluminum ladder has a three-section extension design that meets OSHA electrical safety requirements. It is class A-rated for 300 pounds and can be transported on elevators and through doors without being removed from the cart.
• Top Lifting Mechanism: This multi-stage power lift has a foam seal at the top and can reach ceilings from 7 to 15.2 feet.
• Portable Vacuum: A portable 3 gallon wet/dry shop vac comes with the Bio Cart 15.

Additional Features

• Remote Control: When the control panel is switched to remote mode, you can operate the bellows' up and down positions with the remote control keyfob.
• Key: A key locks the door from the inside or outside.
• Document Holder: Display any necessary permit or other information with the convenient document holder on the door.
