Ebac RM40 Dehumidifier

Built to deliver optimal performance in tough conditions, the compact and durable Ebac RM40 Dehumidifier is ideal for use in crawl spaces, warehouses, factories, garages, and other industrial spaces. Control humidity and protect valuable materials by removing 24 pints of excess moisture every day.

It works in ambient temperatures as low as 33 degrees F. More than just an industrial dehumidifier, this single room humidity solution can be used in residential spaces like basements too. 

Condensate Pump Upgrade 

Depending on your needs, the Ebac RM40 is available with a condensate pump upgrade:

• EBAC RM40P: The upgrade features an included high capacity pump that moves collected moisture up to 10 feet for simple operation and maintenance.
• EBAC RM40: This is the standard configuration. When the large water container is full, the unit will automatically switch off and you can easily remove the water tank from the back of the unit for quick emptying. For permanent draining, you can attach 10mm diameter tubing (not included) to the drainage port and feed water into a floor drain.

Extreme Temperature Performance

This Ebac dehumidifier is designed to withstand the most extreme temperatures. In addition to being able to work in areas as hot as 95 degrees Fahrenheit, thanks to its "Hot Gas"defrost system it continues to work when the ambient temperature drops as low as 33 degrees.

It automatically melts away frost buildup for continued use in cold temperatures. 

Durable Design

Never worry about being too rough on your dehumidifier, this unit is able to take it. With its rotomolded cover and base, the internal components are protected while you dehumidify in garages, warehouses, crawl spaces, and other tough conditions. It also has a galvanized steel subframe.
