This Energy Star-certified Fantech FIT 120E features an energy recovery core that effectively transfers heat and moisture from the outgoing air to the incoming fresh air, minimizing the energy needed to maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round.

• Shut-Off Damper: The integrated mechanical shutoff damper ensures that during standby or defrost mode, unconditioned outdoor air is not drawn into the building.
• Energy Recovery Core: Incorporates an energy recovery core made of a durable polymer membrane that facilitates water vapor transport. This core exhibits high humidity permeability and is freeze-tolerant and water-washable.
• Frost Prevention Mechanism: When the outdoor air temperature reaches 14 degrees F or lower, the appliance automatically engages a preset frost prevention sequence where the supply blower halts operation, while the exhaust blower switches to high speed, maximizing the effectiveness of the frost prevention method. Regular operation resumes after the sequence ends.
• Drain-Free Design: Requires no drain installation.  Moisture in the incoming air is simply transferred to the outgoing air during the circulation process.
• Customizable Airflow Control: This fresh air appliance offers multi-speed operation from 40 to 129 CFM at 0.4 inches w.g., according to your specific space requirements. The settings can be easily managed through the external electrical box or a separate wall control.
• Included Air Filters: It comes with two washable, UL900-certified, electrostatic panel-type air filters to effectively eliminate impurities from the indoor air. A MERV 3 filter is also included, with the option to upgrade to a filter.
• Convenient and Secure Duct Connections: Metal collars with rubber gaskets ensure the 5-inch side port duct connections are tightly sealed for a seamless integration with your existing ductwork.

Two Power Options

This Energy Star rated Fantech ERV is available in two power supply options. A is available for mirrored floor plans. For standard AC motor appliances, the Fantech FIT 120E is offered separately in and builds.

• ERV with Shut-Off Damper - Plug (FIT 120E-D-EC): A 3-foot-long power cord accompanies this model.
• ERV with Shut-Off Damper - Hardwired (FIT 120E-D-EC-HC): For a hardwired connection, select this model for a direct connection to the main electrical power.
