The Friedrich 9,600 BTU ZoneAire Select PTAC with Electric Heat reliably circulates 350 CFM of cooled or heated air and dehumidifies up to 1.7 pints of moisture per hour in rooms up to 300 square feet. This easy-to-install and operate PTAC features an energy-efficient design, earning it an 11.6 Energy Efficient Ratio(EER), thermostat compatibility, and ultra-quiet operation for hotel rooms or other multi-unit facilities.
