Installation and Maintenance 

The Chill Premier includes all materials and instructions needed for DIY installation. Home installation should be straightforward for most users, but customers should consult the included Installation and Operation Manual for specific details and requirements. 

• Slide-Out Chassis:  This model has a slide-out chassis design, which allows for more permanent installation, like through-the-wall installation, and does not require a wall sleeve. The design also simplifies access for routine maintenance.

• DIY Installation: The AC’s one-piece frame and included materials make installing it easy and quick. 

• Window and Wall Requirements: The slide-out chassis AC unit fits windows between 28 and 41 inches wide and through-the-wall spaces 19 inches high and 24 inches wide.    

• Installation Kit: The package contains foam seals, hardware, brackets, plasticine, and side brackets. It also includes remote control batteries.
