  • Detail

This Hisense 50-Pint Energy Star Dehumidifier with Pump is designed for spaces up to 4,500 square feet and includes an internal condensate pump for even easier drain setup. Convenient to move, place, and operate, this Energy Star model is also efficient, effectively removing up to 50 pints of excess moisture from a variety of spaces.

    Versatile and Quiet

This portable dehumidifier isn’t just effective in one setting. Because it has several operating modes and draining options, it can be used in many areas. From homes to offices, in basements, attics, family rooms, community spaces, and meeting rooms.

    • Manual Operation: The unit will operate the selected fan speed and to the set humidity level. When the room’s RH rises above the setting, the compressor will run to reduce it. When it drops below the setpoint, both the compressor and fan will turn off.
    • Continuous: The dehumidifier will operate continuously, however you can adjust the fan speed to a desired level. This is a good way to relieve high humidity areas quickly.
    • Auto Dry: This mode automatically sets the relative humidity setpoint to 50 percent RH and the fan speed automatically adjusts as needed.

The Hisense 50-pint Energy Star dehumidifier operates at a quiet 45 to 48 dB sound level, depending on fan speed. Meetings, conversations, and restful sleep will never be interrupted or disturbed.

    Handling Condensate

Depending on where you are using this sleek dehumidifier, you can choose which condensate draining option is going to work best for your setup. With either gravity draining or using the internal condensate pump, your unit will automatically drain condensate so you never have to empty a bucket.

    • Manual Bucket: When the bucket is full, the unit will automatically shut off, and you’ll be alerted by an illuminated button on the control panel. Empty the bucket by simply sliding it out and using the handle to carry it to a nearby sink.
    • Gravity Draining: This model is equipped with a drain port that fits a standard garden hose. Simply attach the hose to the port on the side of the unit, then direct the other end of the hose to an appropriate drain area.
    • Condensate Pump: The advantage of a condensate pump is having the ability to set up the drain line at a higher level than the dehumidifier—up to 16 feet above it. This allows you to direct the drain line out of a window, to a handy sink, or other convenient drain area.

    Additional Features

    • Onboard Humidistat: This allows you to set a specified relative humidity (RH) level to a desired setpoint.
    • Dimmable LED Display: You’ll be able to view relative humidity when the unit is in Manual mode. When the timer is being used, it will display the time when the dehumidifier will turn on or turn off. You can also dim the panel to make it less intrusive.
    • 24-Hour Timer: Set the timer for a 30-minute to 24-hour delay before the unit is turned off. You can also set the time to delay the time for the dehumidifier to turn on.
    • Easy to Transport: Side handles and smooth-rolling casters make this unit a breeze to place or move from room to room.
    • Earth-Friendly Refrigerant: The Hisense dehumidifier uses R32 refrigerant. Together with its efficient operation, this is a truly environmentally friendly machine.
    • Low Temperature Operation: This unit runs in temperatures down to 38 degrees F.
    • Safe to Operate: This unit is UL-listed for safe operation in your home or office.
    • Washable Filter: The air filter traps particles to clean your air and to protect the unit from damaging hair and dander. Remove the filter and rinse with water to clean it.
