Instructions
1.Unpack the package, take out the neck holder, and check whether the airbag inflation & deflation connectors are tightened.
2.Put the neck holder on your neck, adjust the elasticity of the Velcro according to the size of the neck
3.Pull out the front support height adjuster buttons on both sides, and adjust the front support to a suitable height by moving the buttons up and down.
4.After adjusting the height, the fit of the chin can be adjusted to a comfortable angle by moving the chin fit adjuster. The adjustable range is 80-130°.
5.Insert the hand-squeezed air pump connector into the front end of the airbag connecting tube of inflation & deflation connector, and tighten the hand-squeezed ball metal valve clockwise.
6.Pinch the ball with your hand to inflate the airbag. The airbag slowly expands. When you feel the proper strength and a comfortable traction effect, you can remove the pinch ball and use the product
7.You can deflate by pressing the air nozzle at the front end of the airbag connecting tube, or reconnecting the ball and turn the metal valve counterclockwise to deflate.
