    The MRCOOL3 Ton 36,000 BTU Hyper Heat Central Ducted Split System is a powerful and efficient cooling and heating solution for ducted spaces as large as 1,500 square feet. 

    This concealed duct mini-split system can be installed in large spaces, such as homes and offices, with new or existing ductwork. It provides the features and efficiency of a ductless mini-split with the power and coverage of a traditional HVAC system.  

    Multi-Position Indoor Unit

    No matter what a space’s constraints are or how your ductwork is configured, the MRCOOL Hyper Heat central ducted system can fit it. MRCOOL designed the system’s multi-position air handler to accommodate upflow, downflow, horizontal left, and horizontal right ducting needs. 

    The air handler also has a self-diagnostics panel, a removable filter, and a modular design to facilitate professional maintenance. 

    Heater Optional

    Select between 5,000 kW, 8,000 kW, 10,000 kW, 15,000 kW, and 20,000 kW supplemental heater options to upgrade this system. These supplemental electric resistance coil heaters can provide up to 40,000 BTUs of heat per hour, even when outdoor temperatures range from -22 degrees F to 122 degrees F. 

    Sturdy Outdoor Unit

    The outdoor condenser of this MRCOOL ducted mini-split features a DC inverter and state-of-the-art variable speed technology, which provides exceptional SEER 2 (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) efficiency ratings of up to 16 and HSPF 2 (heating seasonal performance factor) ratings up to 9.5. 

    This model also features Gold Fin technology, which helps the outdoor condenser resist corrosion even in the harshest conditions. 

    Easy Pro Installation

    The MRCOOL optional No-Vac Quick Connect Line Set and the included installation kit make it easy for professional HVAC installation of the optional 15-, 25-, 35-, or 50-foot line sets. It can also be purchased without a line set.

    • R-454B Refrigerant: The R-454B refrigerant provides powerful and efficient cooling while reducing Global Warming Potential (GWP) and environmental impact.
    • Controllers Included: This model includes a wired wall thermostat and a wireless remote control for added control flexibility. It also features third-party thermostat compatibility to use your Nest or other branded controllers.
    • Follow Me Function: The system automatically senses the temperature of the space through the wireless remote and optimizes the temperature output for where you are currently.
