The MRCOOL 5 Ton 60,000 BTU Hyper Heat Central Ducted Split System is a powerful and efficient cooling and heating solution for homes and spaces as large as 2,500 square feet with the same features and efficiency of a ductless mini-split but the power and coverage of a traditional HVAC system. 

This ducted mini-split system is ideal for large spaces, such as whole homes and offices, with new or existing ductwork. 

Air Handler Compatibility

The MRCOOL Hyper Heat central ducted system can fit your space no matter how your ductwork is configured. The MRCOOL air handler features a modular design, a self-diagnostics panel, and a removable filter to facilitate professional maintenance.

It is designed with a multi-position air handler to accommodate upflow, downflow, horizontal left, and horizontal right ducting needs. 

Heater Options

Customers can choose between 10,000 kW, 15,000 kW, and 20,000 kW supplemental heater options to upgrade this system. These supplemental electric resistance coil heaters provide up to 59,000 BTUs of heat per hour, even when outdoor temperatures range from -22 degrees F to 122 degrees F. 

Efficient and Sturdy Outdoor Condenser

The outdoor condenser of this MRCOOL ducted split AC features Gold Fin technology to protect the outdoor condenser from corrosion even in the harshest coastal or high humidity conditions. 

Thanks to its DC inverter and state-of-the-art variable speed technology, it has an exceptional SEER 2 (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) efficiency rating of up to 15.3 and an HSPF 2 (heating seasonal performance factor) rating up to 9.4.

Professional installation Made Easy

The MRCOOL Hyper Heat is available without a line set or with a No-Vac Quick Connect Line Set in 15-, 25-, 35-, or 50-foot line set lengths. The included installation kit allows HVAC professionals to quickly and easily install the MRCOOL Hyper Heat.

• Follow Me Function: Use the wireless remote to automatically sense the room temperature around it to optimize the temperature and airflow output, ensuring precise temperature control wherever it is.
• Controllers Included: This concealed duct mini-split includes a wired wall thermostat and a wireless remote control for added control flexibility. It features third-party thermostat compatibility to integrate a Nest or other branded controllers.
