    The MRCOOL 30,000 BTU 2.5 Ton Hyper Heat Central Split Ducted Heat Pump System provides efficient cooling and heating for ducted spaces up to 1,500 square feet. This system is ideal for large areas with new or existing ductwork, as it merges the advantages of a ductless mini-split with the strength and reach of a conventional HVAC system.

    Flexible Air Handler Installation

    The MRCOOL Hyper Heat central ducted system's multi-position air handler accommodates upflow, downflow, horizontal left, and horizontal right ducting needs, regardless of how your home's ducting is configured.

    The air handler also features a self-diagnostics panel, a removable filter, and a modular design for easy professional maintenance.

    Optional Supplemental Heat Kit

    The supplemental electric resistance coil heaters offer up to 24,000 BTUs of heat per hour and operate in temperatures ranging from -22 degrees F to 122 degrees F. Customers upgrading the central ducted system can choose between 5,000 kW, 8,000 kW, 10,000 kW, or 15,000 kW supplemental heater options.

    Durable and Efficient Condenser Unit

    The MRCOOL ducted mini-split boasts a DC inverter and variable speed technology in its outdoor condenser, allowing for impressive SEER ratings of up to 16.8 and HSPF ratings of up to 10. The outdoor condenser is also equipped with Gold Fin technology to prevent corrosion, ensuring durability even in harsh environments. 

    Easy Professional Installation

    The MRCOOL Hyper Heat can be quickly and easily installed by an HVAC professional, thanks to the included installation kit and the MRCOOL No-Vac Quick Connect Line Set. The line set can be purchased separately or in lengths of 15, 25, 35, or 50 feet.

    Additional Features

    • R-454B Refrigerant: The strong cooling capacity of this unit is driven by R-454B refrigerant, which is eco-friendly and has a much lower global warming potential than other formulas.
    • Controllers Included: This model offers flexible control options with a wired wall thermostat and a wireless remote control. Additionally, it is compatible with third-party thermostats, including Nest and other brands.
    • Follow Me Function: The system automatically regulates the temperature output to optimize your comfort based on the space temperature sensed by the wireless remote.
