With ACD (Appliances for Combustible Dust) certification for usage in unclassified zones, this industrial vacuum holds 4 gallons within the tank. It is ideal for use in the Pharma-, Additive Manufacturing-, Food-, and Nutraceutical industries and more general environments for wood, paint, and fiber industries. This vacuum specializes in cleaning processing machines like conveyor belts and packaging machines, but it is also excellent for general cleaning of desks, equipment, floors, and more. The stainless-steel container is already fully grounded and bounded, so there is no need for an inconvenient earthing wire and clamp.

Filtration System

This Nilfisk vacuum contains three levels of safe disposal with antistatic cartridge filters, ensuring safe dust collection per the powder’s classification, including LCLASS. Two layers of high-efficiency filters also protect workers’ health:

• HEPA Filter: An upstream HEPA 14 filter is the first defense as air and debris enter the vacuum.
• Conical Filter: The M-class conical cartridge filter maintains a level of cleanliness thanks to the self-cleaning Pull&Clean system, always providing maximum performance for up to 9,000 CM² of space.
