Nilfisk VHS120 Wet/Dry Industrial Vacuum

The Nilfisk VHS120 Wet/Dry Industrial Vacuum is an ideal solution for capturing fine dust in multiple industrial settings. It features two options of filtration to ensure operator and environmental safety in silica dust collection, foundry, food applications, metalworking, and pharmaceutical industries. This single-phase wet/dry vacuum also features two bypass motors to provide the perfect airflow and suction for any situation.

• Manual Filter Shaker: The operator-powered filter shaker comes standard with this Nilfisk industrial vacuum. If the vacuum feels like it is losing suction, pull the knob in and out several times to release dirt and debris from the filter.
• Locking Wheels: The swivel casters in the front lock in place for extra stability.
• Manometer: Check the pressure at a glance with the attached gauge on the front of the vacuum.

Filtration Options

The Nilfisk VHS120 is available with a standard L-class filter, with the option for an additional HEPA filter. Both options ensure an optimal purifying process:

• Standard Filtration: This L-Class polyester star filter captures up to 99.99 percent of particulates greater than two microns.
• HEPA Filtration: A certified HEPA filter traps fine dust and keeps it from escaping into the air. This filter comes before the motor.

Longopac Collection

Nilfisk’s Longopac collection system provides a safe-seal material collection and disposal, holding up to 6.6 gallons with a never-ending bag system. Using gravity, the collected material is discharged into tubular plastic bags, which can be sealed and cut away for faster disposal.

Since the bags are sealed and replaced from the outside, the user does not come into contact with the collected materials, resulting in a hygienic collection and removal process.
