VELPEAU Shoulder Abduction Sling - Immobilizer for Injury Support & Pain Relief: Great for shoulder after biceps tenodesis, rotator cuff repair surgery, humeral head fractures, collarbone fracture, after stabilization of acromioclavicular joint dislocations and prevent axillary tail adhesion.
For the right arm setup, the arm pouch and shoulder strap have green labels facing outward, while the back strap shows orange labels outward.
For the left arm setup, the arm pouch and shoulder strap have orange labels facing outward, while the back strap shows green labels outward.
Our sling is crafted from breathable 3D mesh fabric, ensuring optimal ventilation and comfort even during extended wear. It is free from neoprene or latex, minimizing the risk of skin irritation.
The included hand sports ball (with support splint) offers a comfortable resting spot for the hand while enhancing circulation and stability. Attached to the aluminum alloy support, it aids in muscle activation and blood flow while keeping the wrist and arm properly stabilized for aiding recovery.
The sling can be separated from the two pillow and used independently.
The waist belt is adjustable and can accommodate waist sizes ranging from 31 1/2'' to 54''. This ensures a customized and secure fit, keeping the arm close to the body for enhanced stability and comfort(the hook & loop closure at the end of the belt does not have to be attached to the waistband).
The shoulder sling holds your arm and shoulder in a neutral position preventing gravity from yanking your arm downwards. And the waist pillow is comfortable and keeps your arm from swinging.
Please measure the length between your hand's elbow and palm and the circumference of your under-bust and choose the right size according to the measurement.Note: The arm sling is suitable for both the left and right arm.
